How to Claim

  • Contact our support team with your order ID and issue details
  • Our team will review and verify the request
  • Once approved, we will provide:
    • Replacement, or
    • Repair support (if applicable)

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional failures under normal use
  • Internal faults not caused by external damage

What's Not Covered

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage from liquids, fire, or natural events
  • Normal wear and tear

Important Terms

  • Warranty valid for 12 months from delivery
  • Proof of purchase required (order ID/invoice)
  • Initial response within 24–48 hours
  • Resolution time may vary based on the issue
