We take special care to ensure that:

  • High-quality packaging materials are used
  • Packaging is tested to ensure it protects products during transit

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to the following locations:

  • United States (USA)
  • India

At this time, we do not ship to other countries. We plan to expand to additional regions in the future.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Once you place an order with SimpliCare:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or phone call
  • Our team will begin processing your order and prepare it for shipment
  • After processing, your order is handed over to our logistics partner for delivery

If the delivery partner is unable to reach you at the provided address or preferred time, they may contact you directly to coordinate delivery.

Please note:
During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your shipment’s progress
